A speculative future oracle. This original TarotCraft concept turns themes associated with Agenda 21, sustainability policy, technology, institutions and social systems into cinematic symbolic cards. It is a creative interpretation—not a claim that Agenda 21 predicts future events.
Deck direction: clues, warnings, timelines, systems and possible futures. The finished deck can grow card-by-card rather than trying to build all 78 cards at once.
